Peer Review Policy
All manuscripts submitted for publication in the Romanian Journal of Military Social Work undergo a double-blind peer review process.
In this process, the authors’ identities are concealed from the reviewers, and vice versa. The purpose of this procedure is to ensure impartiality, objectivity, and the scientific quality of the published articles.
Following a preliminary editorial screening, each manuscript is sent to at least two independent reviewers who specialize in the respective thematic field.
Evaluation Criteria:
- relevance of the topic to the field of military social work;
- originality and scientific contribution;
- methodological rigor;
- clarity and coherence of the argumentation;
- compliance with ethical and academic standards;
- currency and adequacy of the references.
Review Outcomes:
- accept without revisions;
- accept with minor revisions;
- reconsider after major revisions;
- reject.
The final decision regarding publication rests entirely with the Editorial Board.
